1. At your request, a team of highly-qualified lighting experts will conduct a survey of your premises. Measurements of the building and rooms to be audited will be documented, along with lighting levels presently in these areas, and the tasks that are performed there.
2. A meeting will be scheduled to establish the required lighting levels and lamp colors within the audited areas.
3. Payback figures will be calculated to show energy savings and applicable rebate opportunities available from utility companies. Calculations also show owning and operating costs, projected maintenance and replacement intervals, and monthly utility savings.
4. With your approval, a team of retrofit experts will install the required fixture upgrades and perform any necessary refurbishments. All retrofit work carries a one-year guarantee.
