Shipping Policy

In the lighting world, shipping can be tricky. But it doesn’t have to be. That’s why we offer a  FLAT RATE, so you always know what to expect for shipping costs. We’re talking about shipping bulbs and products that are highly breakable, bulky, and sometimes extremely heavy; all packaged with care by our expert fulfillment staff.


All orders will be shipped via USPS or FedEx Ground Service. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed your carrier tracking number. Delivery between 1-5 business days. Stock levels and dropshipping may affect delivery times. In this case, we will keep you updated every step of the way.

  • Upgrade shipping services are available upon request (Next Day, Two-Day, etc…) for an additional charge. Please contact us if this service is needed for your order.
  • Additional shipping and handling charges will apply to orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. Territories)
  • Pacific Lamp Wholesale passes responsibility of delivery to the carrier at the time of pick up. Losses that happen during shipping are to be taken up with the carrier.
  • Linear fluorescent and LED tube lamps ship in CASE QUANTITY only. Additional shipping and handling fees may apply.
  • Sorry, but we do not ship Internationally or to P.O. Boxes at this time. We will provide an update if this changes. Thanks for understanding!

Sometimes things just don’t work out and if you’re not happy, we’re not happy. If you are unsatisfied for ANY reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days from the ship date. NO QUESTIONS ASKED!


  1. Please email [email protected] or call our customer service department at 503.643.6516 with your name, sales receipt number, and product(s) in question to receive your return authorization. If your item is defective, damaged in shipping, a warranty issue, or a Pacific Lamp error, we will cover the return shipping and issue a pre-paid shipping label. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend shipping the return product with FedEx, UPS, or USPS so proper tracking can be obtained. Once your return is received and given the thumbs up, we will refund your original payment.
  2. Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns after 30 days from ship date.
  3. If you think your product(s) were damaged in transit, we require that you contact us within 3 days of delivery, so we can quickly resolve the issue and get you working lights!
  4. If you’re having second guesses, please contact Pacific Lamp as soon as possible to cancel your order. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will immediately refund your payment. In the case your order has shipped, we will refund your original payment method once we receive the item(s) back and are processed.
  5. You will receive a return confirmation email for your records.


To make everyone’s lives easier, we find the best way to do an “exchange” is for you to return your product(s) and place a new order for the correct product(s). Please follow the instructions stated in the Return Policy section above.


All lighting fixtures are only eligible for a return/refund if the manufacturer is willing to restock the item. In the event that the item in question can be returned, all applicable fees and return expenses will apply.


Discontinued and non-stock items are sold as final sale products and are not eligible for returns. Sorry!


Good News! There is NO restocking fee for LED lamps and non-fixture related items that are returned in like new condition (within 30 days). A Pacific Lamp Wholesale staff member will assess the condition of the product upon receival. Should the product not meet the “like new” conditions or should there be wear and tear to the product; a 20% restocking fee will apply and your return/refund eligibility for that item will be waived.

If you are unsure about the return eligibility of any product, please contact us and we’ll work it out together before you return the product. We definitely want to avoid a restocking fee!


Purchase with confidence and breathe a little easier with manufacturer warranties. The vast majority of products we offer are backed by our trusted partners. This information can be found in the product description or in the spec sheet attached to each product. If you experience a warranty issue, please reach out (email or phone above) and we will handle working with the manufacturer on your behalf.

*After 30 days, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of warranty replacement(s).

We proudly offer FREE delivery on all orders over $50 to select zip codes in the Beaverton/Portland Metro Area. We skip the middleman and personally hand deliver to your home, business, or job site.

  • Free delivery option/qualification is determined when your zip code is added during the checkout process.
  • An email confirmation will be sent when your package is on our truck and out for delivery.
  • All free delivery orders will be left at the given address unless specified in the special notes section at checkout. Pacific Lamp does not accept responsibility if package is stolen or damaged.

Free delivery orders will go out the following day from when an online purchase is made and will arrive before or at 5pm M-F. If an order is placed on Friday after 5PM, it will be processed Monday and on our truck for Tuesday’s delivery.

* Stock levels, specialty items, out-of-stock items etc… may affect delivery timeline. You will be notified via email if such instances occur.


  • Not impressed with your new lights? No problem at all! Skip the hassle of going through the return rigmarole and schedule an order return pick up. We’ll come back and pick up your unwanted lights for only $10 plus a 20% restocking fee. You may also drop off your return at our warehouse to avoid the restocking fee provided you adhere to return policy conditions (refer to Return Policy section)
  • You can schedule a return pick up by emailing us at [email protected] or calling us at 503.643.6516 with information highlighted in the return policy section.
  • Once your return is back in our warehouse, we will issue the refund to your original payment method.


Don’t like the color temperature but like the lights? We got you covered. We will send a Pac Lamp driver back out to exchange said products for the correct ones. Just pay the $10 and 20% restocking fee. Better yet, come say hi and swap out your items in person and avoid the restocking fee. While you’re here, we have to tons of awesome lights and displays for you to get inspiration from! Return Policy conditions apply.

*You will be invoiced for the difference if the exchange item(s) are greater than the original product price.
